10 Şubat 1950 tarihinde Siirt Merhez’de doğmuştur. Siirt İlinde İlkokul, Ortaokul ve Lise Öğrenimini 1956 – 1967 tarihleri arasında tamamlamıştır. 1975 ‘ten günümüze kadar kutsal mesleğini çeşitli hekimlik dallarında icra etmiş ve halen Genel Cerrahi dalında icra etmektedir.
