Antakya'da doğdum. İlk, orta ve lise eğitimimi Antakya'da tamamladım. Tıp eğitimimi ise 1997 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde tamamladım. 2004 yılında Beyin ve Sinir Cerrahisi Uzmanlığımı; 2019 yılında ise Doçentlik unvanımı aldım.2010 yılı itibariyle Stereotaktik Fonksiyonel Beyin Cerrahisi ve hareket hastalıkları ile ilgilenmeye başladım.
