İstanbul Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nden mezun oldu. Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Uzmanlığını aldı. Hizmetini tamamladıktan sonra ,mecburi hizmetinin ardından , Hacettepe Tıp Fakültesi’nde Çocuk Nefroloji ve Çocuk Romatoloji uzmanlığını aldı. Şu anda Gazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde öğretim üyesi olarak mesleki hayatına devam etmektedir
