My sister stepped on a sea urchin, so this doctor examined her and said, 'We'll remove what we can.' We asked how many could be removed since there were over 100 spines, but he snapped at us saying, 'We'll do what we can, we're not going to leave them in, are we?' He also added that after the procedure, she would be able to put weight on her foot and the pain would decrease. During the procedure, he only removed 5-6 spines, which was exactly what we feared, but he never gave a proper answer. It's been a few days since the procedure, and her foot has gotten worse since day one. Forget walking, it hurts even more without putting weight on it. When we called the hospital, they said no refund would be given because a 45-minute procedure was performed, which is completely false. The procedure lasted at most 20 minutes. Still, that's not the main issue; despite asking 10 times, we weren't given a proper answer and were told it would get better, but it actually got worse.
