Make Payment: You can securely pay the fee determined by the physician with your credit card.
Join the Consultation: At your appointment time you can join from your web browser using the join link on the appointment screen in your account, or wait for the physician to call you through our mobile application. In both cases you need to be signed in to your account.

The consultation fee is set by each physician, not by the platform. The fee is shown on the physician's profile while you book and is paid online by credit card.

Whether a prescription is issued is at the discretion of the attending physician; the platform does not generate prescriptions on its own. Prescriptions issued by your physician can be viewed digitally in the My Prescriptions section of your account.

Online consultations are not appropriate for medical emergencies. In an emergency you should call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.

Under the distance sales agreement you may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason up to 24 hours before the appointment time, cancelling your appointment or changing its date and time; in that case the fee is refunded. When less than 24 hours remain before the appointment, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no refund is made. Cancellation and change options are shown on the appointment detail screen in your account. The refund is transferred to your bank within 14 days of the cancellation; depending on bank processes it may take 2-3 weeks to appear in your account.

The duration is set by each physician in their own appointment calendar. The time slot you select while booking shows the planned duration of the consultation.

No. Online consultations are not covered by SGK, the Turkish Social Security Institution; the consultation fee is paid by the patient. The fee is charged online with your credit card when you book the appointment.
