Dr. Murat Soysalan GATA tıp fakültesinden mezun olmuştur.Eğitim sonrası GATA Ankara Hastanesinde çalışıp, Malatya 2. Ordu Revir Baştabipliği görevilerinde bulunmuştur. 1995 ve 1996 yılları arasında iş yeri ve turizm hekimliği üzerine eğitim almıştır.1996 yılında Kemer'de serbest hekim olarak çalışmıştır.1997 yılında Sheraton Voyager Antalya Hotel kurum hekimliği görevine başladı. 1999 yılında kurucusu olduğu Özel Meltem Tıp Merkezi'nin sorumlu hekimliğini iki yıl süreyle devam ettirdi.
