Biruni Üniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik Bölümünden mezun oldum ve bir yılı aşkın süredir diyetisyen olarak aktif olarak çalışmaktayım. Çam Sakura Hastanesi'nde bir catering şirketinde ve bir spor salonunda diyetisyen olarak görev yaptım. Öğrencilik dönemimde, İstanbul Fatih Belediyesi de dahil olmak üzere çeşitli hastanelerde ve diyetisyenlik ofislerinde stajlar yaparak mesleki deneyim kazandım. Ayrıca, TÜBİTAK'a bir proje hazırlayıp sunma fırsatım oldu.
Bireysel beslenme danışmanlığı, sporcu beslenmesi, kilo yönetimi, beslenme eğitimleri, diyet programlarının hazırlanması ve toplu beslenme sistemleri yönetimi konularında uzmanlıklarım bulunmaktadır.

Meeting Ms. Afra is half of losing weight :) You can get through the motivation part very easily because she is very supportive throughout the process, she is very friendly and caring, I am very pleased :)

When I think of a dietitian, I didn't want to apply at all because there were boilerplate lists that came to my mind until I met Ms. Afra Beyza. He took away all my prejudices, he is so sweet, caring and prepares such beautiful lists that we meet with my wife and prepares different diet lists for both of us, but he never forces us, which increased my trust in him a lot. He is definitely a doctor we can recommend to everyone. Thank you for your interest and information.
