2012 yılında Başkent Üniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik Bölümü'nden mezun olan Dyt. Tuğçe Sert, Ankara Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesinde 2 ay staj yaptı. Daha sonra Gülhane Askeri Tıp Akademisi'nde 2 ay, Başkent Üniversitesi ve Medicana International Hastaneleri'nde 2'şer ay çalıştı. 2012 yılında mezun olduktan sonra Eczacıbaşı Sağlık Hizmetleri'nde bir süre çalıştı. Daha sonra Elmas Estetik Merkezi'nde poliklinik diyetisyeni olarak hizmet verdi ve Özel Etimed Hastanesi'nde çalıştı. 2015 yılı itibariyle İstanbul Onkoloji Hastanesinde 2.5 yıl çalıştı. Şu anda ise Diyetisyen Tuğçe Sert Beslenme ve Danışmanlık Merkezinde danışanlarına hizmet vermektedir.
