Prof. Dr. Haluk Ceylan Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi'nden 1989 yılında mezun olmuş, Çocuk Cerrahisi ihtisasını İzmir Dr. Behçet Uz Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde tamamlamıştır. 2005 yılında doçent, 2010 yılında profesör ünvanı almıştır. Gaziantep Medical Point Hastanesi'nde hizmet vermektedir.
