Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi 'Psikoloji' bölümünden mezun oldum. Ardından İstanbul Esenyurt Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü 'Klinik Psikoloji' alanında yüksek lisansımı tamamladım. Lisans ve yüksek lisans eğitimleri süresince Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi eğitimi aldım ve ardından EMDR (Göz Hareketleriyle Duyarsızlaştırma ve Yeniden İşleme) eğitimimi tamamladım.
